With fifteen years of real estate and mortgage experience, Tamika Regal Sweeney understands all aspects of listing a home, financing one and everything in between. She has been Fran’s right-hand person for over five years, monitoring all transactions and organizing files from accepted offer to escrow close. Before joining Fran at the Sereno Group, she assisted the VP of Corporate Relocation at Coldwell Banker and was a mortgage funder at a local financial institution.
Born in Santa Clara and raised in Sunnyvale, she’s called the Bay Area home all her life. That’s why she’s an expert at pulling together area and neighborhood statistics, maps, points of interest and other customized information for Fran’s clients. As the mother of two, she lives in San Jose with her husband so she is very knowledgeable about Silicon Valley and is keenly aware of what parents need when settling into a new home and neighborhood.
