Despite rumors that housing would cool a bit in June, the official stats are in. Again, the market is hot. Year over year, the median sales price increased 12.5%. More single-family homes were sold June 2017 compared to last year (4.5% more). And homes are taking less time to sell, averaging one month down from 1.7 months.

It’s still a seller’s market. However, if you’re a buyer, there’s still hope. There are still some hidden gems to be found.
