O'NEILL SEA ODYSSEY (OSO) provides hands-on educational experiences to 4th - 6th graders to encourage the protection and preservation of our living sea and communities. Founded by wetsuit innovator and surfer Jack O’Neill, OSO operates at the Jack O’Neill and Harry Hind Education Center and aboard a 65-foot catamaran in the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.
