“Midtown is a beacon of help and hope to the many disadvantaged
families in Silicon Valley, known as the “Working Poor”. We are
committed to providing that community an array of much needed
services.”

With the support of our funding partner agencies, MFS provides
homelessness prevention programs such as “Emergency Rental
Assistance.” Through our program, families who have incurred financial
hardship due to unexpected circumstances such as medical bills, job
loss, etc., can obtain one-time rental assistance and ensure that they
remain housed.

MFS understands that for many working families in our county it is very
difficult to come up with move-in costs, causing many families to remain
homeless. MFS helps individuals and families moving from homelessness
or unsuitable housing into permanent sustainable housing in the form of
Security Deposit Assistance.
